Do you work with businesses outside Spanish Town?
Yes. Our office is in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, and we work with organizations across Jamaica. On-site work such as Starlink or CCTV installation is scheduled from our office, while much of our cybersecurity, AI and software work can be delivered remotely.
Can one company really handle networks, security, AI and software?
That is the point of working with Syxel. Each service line has its own specialists, but they share one view of your systems, so the network we install, the security controls we review and the software we build are planned together instead of by three separate vendors.
Where do we start if we are not sure what we need?
Start with a conversation. We will ask about your sites, your systems and what is getting in the way, then recommend a first step. For physical installations that is usually a site assessment; for security it is often a gap analysis.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project?
Yes. Most projects can continue as an ongoing arrangement: maintenance for infrastructure, monitoring and quarterly training for security, and support and improvements for software and AI tools.
